The primary challenge was to ensure data accuracy, user verification, and clear communication, all while delivering a luxury-grade digital experience.

What We Did

We developed a guided registration process focused on clarity, verification, and user segmentation. The process began by establishing verified communication channels through phone number confirmation and preferred contact methods. It then collected and validated essential contact information, followed by categorizing users to personalize their experience and access rights. Additional personal and social verification data were gathered to ensure identity authenticity and manage exclusive access through invitation codes. Throughout, the interface maintained a clean, modern design to encourage completion and minimize drop-off, ultimately creating a streamlined and premium registration journey.
